Once our Program Manager receives your application, she’ll reach out with the next set of forms:

Get to Know Me Form

Submit All Completed Forms

After you’ve submitted all required forms, our Program Manager will schedule your initial assessment and tour.

Individualized Planning

During the assessment, we’ll set specific goals based on your rider’s needs. From there, we’ll match you with a suitable horse, instructor, and volunteer team to ensure each session is safe, supportive, and meaningful.
